Accessibility
Access for every rider,
on the road and online
Yanes Care serves riders of all abilities and does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
Our commitment
We want everyone — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to learn about our services, book a ride, and reach us easily. Accessibility is part of how we design this website and how we deliver every trip.
Standards we work toward
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site uses semantic headings, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, visible focus indicators, descriptive link text, and reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation.
Serving riders with disabilities
Door-through-door assistance is standard on every trip. Walkers, canes, rollators, and foldable mobility aids are always welcome, and trained service animals ride free. A dedicated lift-equipped wheelchair vehicle is arriving soon — contact us to join the waitlist.
Known limitations
Our booking form relies on a third-party service (Google Forms) for delivery; if you have any difficulty using it, we will happily take your booking by email instead.
Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website or during a ride, please email info@yanescare.com. We take every report seriously and will respond promptly.
Ready when you are.
Request your trip online and we will confirm your ride and price by email — usually within a few hours.
