Our Story
A gap in care she couldn’t ignore
Yanes Care was founded by a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) who, working in acute care, watched patients struggle to find transportation that understood their medical needs. Rides showed up late for dialysis. Discharges sat waiting for hours. Drivers had licenses — but no empathy.
She built the company she wished her patients had: one where every protocol is written by a healthcare professional, and every driver is trained to treat riders like family.
Today she continues her graduate studies while ensuring Yanes Care operates to clinical standards of safety.
Our Team
Caregivers behind the wheel
Our lead drivers are ABA-trained (Applied Behavior Analysis) and experienced in passenger assistance, which makes us a trusted choice for:

Every team member carries Pennsylvania clearances (Acts 34, 151, and 114), CPR certification, and defensive-driving training.
